Please join us in welcoming Amanda Hebison back to BMHD!

Amanda is a Family Nurse Practitioner student from Boise State University who has returned to BMHD for her second clinical rotation. She brings a strong clinical background, including experience in cardiac catheterization and intensive care nursing.

We're excited to be part of Amanda's educational journey as she works toward becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her return to BMHD reflects the supportive learning environment our staff and providers help create every day.

Blue Mountain Hospital District is seeking to appoint a board candidate to complete a board term until June of 2029 - at that time the position will go to the ballot. Applicant must be a Grant County resident and registered voter. A brief letter of interest stating why you would like to become a Blue Mountain Hospital District Board member and your future vision for BMHD needs to be included. *BMHD employees not eligible*

We have a new provider coming to John Day! Meet Dawn Marten, our first Certified Nurse Midwife, who will be joining BMHD starting next month. Dawn comes to us with nearly 30 years of nursing experience, with a focus on maternal, women’s and family health.

Over the past year, we’ve welcomed 9 full-time providers across emergency care, obstetrics, and family practice, helping expand access to local healthcare. Dawn will be our 10th full-time provider, further strengthening two essential services for healthy communities: family medicine and maternity care.

FREE Sports Injury Clinic! Grant County students currently on a sports team can come in and have your injury assessed by a Sports Physical Therapist. Every Tuesday at 4pm. Call ahead if you're planning on coming 541-575-4157. Students under 16 must have a parent or guardian present.
