Drive-Thru Flu Shots are coming back to SOFHA beginning September 12!

Drive-Thru Flu Clinics will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 301 Med Tech Parkway on:

September 12, September 26, October 10, October 24

Both standard-dose flu vaccines and high-dose vaccines for those 65 and older will be available.

Appointments are for established SOFHA patients only. Call your provider’s office to schedule.
