At Rainbow Community Care, building a supportive workplace means looking out for the whole person—including financial health and peace of mind.

As part of our ongoing Employee Wellness series, our wellness committee recently welcomed Forrest Ross and Aaron Schueller from Klaas Financial for a special Financial Wellness Lunch & Learn. 💸

The session gave our team practical insights on planning for the future, along with helpful guidance on reviewing personal financial documents and building long-term security.

We love bringing in local experts to help our staff invest in themselves. A huge thank you to Forrest and Aaron for sharing their afternoon and expertise with our team!

What is most important as we reach the end of our lives, and what part of our story carries on after we are gone?

In the film Goodbye June, the characters explore these questions and the often-tumultuous experiences that happen as someone nears the end of their life.

In this installment of Conversations in Grief, Rainbow bereavement counselor Hilary Furnish discusses the film and some of the ways we can better understand life, loss, and what comes after through the story of June’s last days.

To help raise awareness and deepen understanding in our communities, Rainbow Community Care recently went behind the scenes for a special video shoot. 🎥,

The goal of this project is simple: to help patients and families better understand what hospice care is, when it may be appropriate, and how compassionate support can guide individuals and loved ones through one of life's most challenging journeys.

Capturing authentic interviews and stories allows us to take subjects that can often feel overwhelming and make them approachable, understandable, and deeply human.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Shagun Saggar, Dana Lybeck, RN, Michael Bernhagen, and professional videographer Kurt Kuss for sharing their time, expertise, and passion to make this project possible. Their dedication to education, storytelling, and compassionate care will help ensure more individuals and families have access to the information they need when it matters most.

We look forward to sharing the completed video with you soon!
