Lot of Truth To This!!
Reactive Attachment Disorder...

Every kid in foster care has a track record of adults who said they'd be back. Testing you isn't defiance — it's data collection.

Somebody said they'd be back. Somebody said this placement was permanent. Somebody said things would be different this time. And then the car pulled up again.

So when a new adult says "I'm not going anywhere," the kid does the math on the evidence available and concludes, reasonably, that you're the next one. Testing you isn't defiance. It's a hypothesis he's running because he's been burned enough to need data.

The only way through it is boring: show up, do what you said, repeat, for longer than feels necessary. You're not arguing with him. You're outlasting his evidence.

Singing Praises to our Lord on this Beautiful Morning!!

1st day of August. 🌿

A new month begins, and my heart is full of gratitude.

God has carried me through every challenge, answered prayers in ways I didn't expect, and never stopped providing for me and my family. Even in uncertain moments, His grace has been enough.

As August begins, I choose faith over fear and hope over doubt. I trust that the One who started a good work in my life will continue to guide every step and fulfill His perfect plan in His perfect time.

Here's to new beginnings, renewed strength, and countless reasons to be thankful.

Since, PASSING my clincial licensure it will be opening many new doors to my Private Practice allowing me to get Credentialed with ALL Insurance Groups!!!
We will get credentialed with Cigna, ALL other commercial insurance panels and Medicare for the Elderly!!!!

I am so happy and excited for this NEW Future in my Practice!!
It will open so many doors and I can then supervise other Social Workers in two to three years! Possibly, add other social workers to work underneath me!!
Then once the state borders compact license opens, I will apply for it to be able to be licensed in as many states as I can!!!
So many blessings abound!!!!
Praise The Lord!!!

Healthy boundaries define what is appropriate behavior in our relationships - Behavior that keeps both parties safe.
Setting healthy boundaries requires self-awareness. We need to be clear about our expectations of ourselves and others, and what we are and are not comfortable with in specific situations. Setting healthy boundaries requires good communication skills that convey assertiveness and clarity.
