Our therapist, Sherry Fiscella, will have a weekly or bi-weekly afternoon opening for a new client at our West Des Moines location starting June 9.

She will also have room in her schedule for another new client at the West Des Moines location on a varied schedule as early as June 9.

Mother’s Day can hold so many things at once: joy and grief, gratitude and longing, celebration and ache.

For many people, “mothering” has come through someone who wasn’t a mother at all, like a safe teacher, aunt, mentor, friend, foster parent, grandmother, counselor, or neighbor. Someone who showed up with steady love and care when it mattered most.

Today, if nothing else, we can honor the beauty and complexity of nurturing love, no matter who it comes from or what name it carries.

This new space allows us to continue offering thoughtful, grounded care in a calm and welcoming setting.

If you have an upcoming appointment at this location:
• Park in the north lot (back of the building)
• Enter through the west-side glass doors

Wednesdays at our Johnston location (Regus Building):
1:30 spot, weekly or bi-weekly, starting 10/15/25
2:45 spot, bi-weekly, starting 10/8/25

Thursdays at our West Des Moines location (Soteria Church):
10:30 am, weekly or bi-weekly, starting 10/2
