Tight chest? This simple doorway stretch can help open up your front pec muscles and take some tension off your upper traps.

Here’s how:
• Place your hand on a door frame and keep it in the same spot the entire time.
• Slowly step or lean forward until you feel a gentle stretch across the front of your chest.
• Hold, breathe, and avoid forcing the stretch. It should never be painful.

The key is to go slow and let your body ease into the stretch. A little consistency can go a long way toward improving posture and relieving everyday tension.
