Happy Anniversary to Caitlin & Brenna! They are both celebrating their 1-year anniversary with DES!

Caitlin is an Authorizations Coordinator. She submits prior authorizations, reviews clinicals based on insurance guidelines, and maintains renewals so patients can continue receiving their supplies!

Brenna is our Senior Revenue Cycle Coordinator. Her days consist of verifying sales orders and working with back-end claim denials, so that the overall ordering process runs smoothly!
