Specialties include:Neuromuscular disorders such as Myasthenia Gravis and ALS. We see other disorders such migraine, dementia, Parkinson’s disease and epilepsy. Front Range Neurology, is the newest independent neurology practice in Northern Colorado. We are committed to enhancing your neurological health and providing personalized care tailored to your specific needs. As an independent clinic, we are committed to focusing on our patient's individual needs and developing a mutual care plan.

Sometimes the biggest dreams require the biggest leap. ✨

After years of caring for patients, building our careers, and learning what it means to provide exceptional neurological care, we made the decision to step away from the security of what we knew and build something of our own.

There was no perfect blueprint. Just a vision, a lot of faith, countless conversations, late nights, and a commitment to creating a practice where patients truly come first.

From unlocking the doors for the first time, to carrying boxes off a U-Haul and watching an empty space become our home — this is where it all began.

Meet Courtney Weir, MSN, APRN, FNP-C!

Courtney is a Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of Front Range Neurology with a special interest in migraine, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions. She is passionate about redefining what neurological care can look like and believes that exceptional healthcare extends beyond diagnosing and treating disease. Her approach emphasizes overall wellness, helping patients feel their best, and creating a positive, welcoming experience at every visit.
Courtney believes in delivering straightforward, evidence-based care and working closely with patients to develop treatment plans that align with their goals. She is dedicated to helping patients improve their health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive, personalized neurological care.
