B โ€“ Balance: Sudden loss of balance or coordination
E โ€“ Eyes: Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes
F โ€“ Face: One side of the face droops when smiling
A โ€“ Arms: One arm drifts downward when raised
S โ€“ Speech: Slurred or hard-to-understand speech
T โ€“ Time: Call 911 immediately
