But sometimes being honest means saying things like:
“Let’s wait.” “You don’t need that.” “I wouldn’t spend your money there.” “More isn’t going to make this better.”

Not exactly the stuff people expect to hear when they walk into a med spa.
But that’s the point.

We’d rather give you the answer that makes sense for your face than the answer that gets the quickest “yes.”

There’s a lot of science, judgment, and restraint behind good aesthetics… and sometimes that means being the one who says, “leave it alone.”

Honestly, some of our best work starts with what we choose not to do. 🤍

And then you start seeing all the little things that made her say it. The way the cheek catches light, the softness, the balance.

That’s the part people don’t always think about with aesthetics. It isn’t just adding to the face. It’s understanding light, shadow, structure, and how tiny changes can shift the whole look.

You each bring something completely different to FACE, and that’s what makes this place feel the way it does. You make people laugh, feel safe, feel confident, and somehow make an appointment feel like time with someone you’ve known forever.

We want to be the injector who listens when you’re nervous, takes their time, tells you what they’re thinking, and makes sure you feel comfortable through the whole process.

Beautiful results matter to us, obviously. But so does how you feel sitting in our chair.

We did it. We finally did it!

This has taken so much hard work, focus, resilience, risk, and walking straight into the unknown. Leaving security to build something of our own was one of the scariest and best decisions we’ve ever made.

Today feels like a mix of gratitude, relief, happiness, and just taking a second to breathe it all in.

More than anything, we’re grateful for the people around us. Thank you to everyone who helped us move and get settled into the new space today. We truly felt so supported.

And especially to Kendra and Morgan… what they’ve added to FACE goes so far beyond helping us move this weekend. They have elevated our practice in the best ways with the care they give our patients, the energy they bring to our culture, and the kind of team they are. We are so grateful for them and feel so blessed they’re part of FACE.

Tonight we sat down in two chairs in our new lobby with boxes everywhere, still so much left to do, and just had one of those “wow… we actually did it” moments. 🤍

We cannot wait to start treating all of you in our new space. I’ll definitely be sharing a lot more over the next few days 🤗
