Mental health support starts early.

50% of all mental health conditions begin by age 14—and 75% by age 24. That’s why building mental health literacy in childhood and adolescence is key to lifelong well-being.

Whether you're a young person navigating big emotions, a parent trying to support your child, or a teacher or caregiver looking for tools—you’re not alone.

Know a middle or high school teen?
Tell them about our Calm & Connected group when teens can be themselves without judgement. The group talks about real stuff- stress, friendships, & family drama- all in a safe space. Teens can come chill, connect, and leave feeling a little less alone.

June is Men's Health Month!
There is often a strong focus on men’s physical health — fitness, annual checkups, and heart health — but mental well-being is equally as important because mental health is health!

Just as the body needs care and attention, so does emotional and mental well-being. Yet, there is a silent crisis in men’s mental health — one that too often goes unnoticed or unspoken. Men are nearly four times more likely to die by su***de than women, underscoring the urgent need to break this silence and seek support.

Small steps to care for mental health can lead to significant change. Let’s build a culture where men feel safe speaking up and reaching out. As a community, we can break the stigma, support one another, and ensure no one struggles in silence.
