The basic needs such as love and belonging, safety needs, and physiological needs must be met in order for a person to develop high self-esteem eventually leading to self-actualization or the ability to define in one's life, and find the answer to the question "WHO AM I?"

pirituality). A concern in one area leads to a person experiencing anxiety. Anxiety is a normal aspect of life, but neurotic or problematic anxiety debilitates causing a sense of paralysis in achieving one's goals and desires
