☀️ Therapy should be fun, engaging, and something kids look forward to! ☀️

You don’t need expensive equipment to create meaningful therapy sessions. Many of our favorite activities at Cherry Children’s Therapy use simple, low-cost items that can be found at dollar stores, discount stores, or even around the house! Beach balls, popsicle sticks, seashells, stickers, buckets, and pool toys can be transformed into activities that target fine motor skills, coordination, strength, sensory processing, language development, and so much more.

When therapy feels like play, children are more motivated to participate, practice new skills, and build confidence. Our goal is to create sessions that are purposeful, playful, and filled with opportunities for success—because kids learn best when they are having fun!

🌊🏖️ Summer-themed activities are a great reminder that learning and therapy can happen through play, creativity, and imagination.

Books are great for some many things in therapy. Mimicking sounds, fine motor skills to turn pages, and just overall fun. We love this cities perfect pig sounds😊
