Sarah will begin scheduling clients soon, and we'd love to hear from you if you're interested in free counseling services.

As a counseling intern, Sarah provides compassionate, LGBTQIA+ affirming care for adolescents and adults across Arkansas under the direct supervision of licensed professionals. Sessions are available in person or via telehealth, and no insurance is required.

🌟 Exciting News: We're Welcoming a New Counseling Intern! 🥳

Sarah Kregul is joining the Jonesboro InSync team as a Counselor-in-Training and will soon be scheduling FREE individual therapy sessions for adolescents and adults in Arkansas under the direct supervision of licensed professionals.

She offers a safe, affirming space for individuals seeking support with:
