🎉 Big Congratulations to Joni, our incredible Business Office Manager, on 10 amazing years with us! If you’ve spent any time at our facility, you already know Joni. She is affectionately known by our residents and families as "the money lady," and she wears her BOM title whole-heartedly every single day.From handling payroll and welcoming new hires to billing insurances, coordinating with hospice companies, and running endless insurance verifications, Joni keeps our entire operation running smoothly. We would be completely lost without her!She constantly goes above and beyond for our facility. Whether she is sitting on the phone for hours advocating for a resident or taking personal trips to track down the paperwork needed for a Medicaid approval, Joni never backs down from a challenge.
