Whether you need a primary care physician, dental work, or behavioral health services, you can count on Stone Mountain Health Services for the quality care you expect and deserve. We have 12 clinics located throughout Southwestern Virginia including Jonesville, Virginia, to provide primary medical care when you need it at an affordable cost. Since 1976, the primary focus of our nonprofit, private group health clinic has been on providing exemplary medical, dental, and behavioral health services. As a certified quality health center, we provide services by educated and experienced health care professionals to address your every need. What makes our practice special is that our practitioners live in the communities we serve. Our board is also comprised of individuals that reside and work within each community, and our fees are established using a sliding fee scale based on the income of our patients and their insurance. We work with your insurance whether it's private, Medicare, or Medicaid and can even offer you care if you are underinsured or uninsured.

❤️ Improving Hypertension Outcomes—One Step at a Time! ❤️
Stone Mountain Health Services recently partnered with Aledade for a GEMBA Walk at our Haysi location as part of our ongoing work to improve hypertension outcomes for the patients and communities we serve.
A GEMBA Walk lets us see our processes in action, listen to the team members doing the work every day, identify barriers, and find practical opportunities to improve patient care.
Together, we focused on ways to strengthen blood pressure screening, follow-up, care coordination, and hypertension management—turning what we learn into meaningful improvements for our patients.
We appreciate our Haysi team and our partners at Aledade for their collaboration and commitment to continuous improvement. Better processes lead to better care—and better health for our communities.
