To better serve those who love longer massage sessions, I'm opening a few appointment times outside of my regular schedule exclusively for 2, 2.5, and 3-hour massages.

These appointments are reserved only for 2- to 3-hour services, making it easier to enjoy the extra time needed for deep relaxation and detailed therapeutic work on a more consistent basis.

If you've been hoping for a longer massage but haven't been able to find an opening, these appointments were created just for you. ✨️

While I firmly believe that self-care is not a luxury, but essential; I love making your self-care FEEL like a luxury. 💆‍♀️✨️

Every now and then someone will ask me: "You do 3 hour massages? How? Aren't you so exhausted after that?" 👀

2-hr, 2.5-hr, and 3-hr massages all definitely require increased physical effort and intention. During your massage, I am taking detailed mental notes of several things:
➡️How each muscle, muscle group, and fascia feels
➡️Range of motion
➡️How tight the muscle feels when stretched
➡️How tightness in one muscle group might be affecting another area in the body
➡️How the muscle responds to different pressures
➡️Past intake history & medical history
➡️Details you as the client tell me about daily habits and muscle movements that may be made during your workday

All of these details give me a comprehensive understanding to determine the best plan of care. Regardless of the length of time, each massage I give requires this level of thought. In a massage that is 2 hours or longer, I have more time to ponder these questions mentioned above in greater depth.

Anyway, my point is (regarding the question I get from time to time):
3 hour massages are actually my favorite to give BECAUSE I get to give you a deeply relaxing massage that addresses each need in detail. This in return can make your very needed self-care feel luxurious. ✨️
(And these days it doesn't exhaust me because after 8 years of doing massage, I have gained the strength and endurance to realistically give this service on a regular basis.) 💪

💆‍♀️Things I want you to know as your Massage Therapist ✨️

I honestly highly value your opinions when you receive a massage from me. Remember, it is YOUR massage that YOU are paying for. I truly desire to make your services more perfect for you.

What does this look like? Here are some examples:

Some more obvious examples first-
➡️ I can change the pressure of your massage at any time.
➡️ Prefer a silent appointment or like to talk? Either are 100% fine, and you will not hurt my feelings if you change your mind mid-appointment. Just let me know!
➡️ Too hot or too cold? I have multiple ways to adjust this for you!

More examples that may not have crossed your mind-
➡️ Don't like the music playing or the volume? I can change this, too!
➡️ Prefer massage cream over massage oil? I have both! I can use what you prefer.
➡️ I have 2 different weighted eye masks. I usually use the heavier one as my go-to. If you don't like that one, you can try the lighter one, or you can choose to go without if you prefer!

There are SO many ways I can adjust/change little things for your appointment. You are allowed to speak up (I encourage it!). You are allowed to change your mind. If you are unsure if I can change or adjust something, don't be afraid to ask!

July 17th marks 🎉 8 years 🎊 as an LMT!

To celebrate, I made 2 new specials for July & August. (See images below) ⬇️

I absolutely love what I do, and I get more passionate about my career as each year goes by. I wouldn't rather be doing anything else.

For those of you who have been receiving massage from me for several years, I am so grateful for your continued support. For those of you who are relatively new, thank you for trusting me to be a part of your self-care journey.

I am always learning new techniques, modalities, and more to grow my experience and help me to deliver the best care possible. I already have a couple of modalities on my list for my next expansion of massage education (and I'm SO excited to dive in)! Stay tuned, I'm planning on finishing up training on one of those I have in mind by the end of this year. After I do, I will be offering a new service! 🤗💜
