Tonight's yoga class will be Fitness on Demand video unless we can get a sub (highly unlikely). Amelia has a shoulder/neck injury she is currently letting heal. She'll be back on the mat Friday: Yoga for Athletes at 5:15AM and Deep Stretching at 5:45PM. Thanks for understanding!
