when i focus on protecting my energy and raising my vibration, it helps me shift into a lighter (“more positive”) mindset, mood and overall energy 🙏 this includes nervous system regulation, lymphatic drainage, detox, intentional food choices, slow eating, consistent gentle exercise, gratitude journaling every night, taking supplements daily. Your mind, body and soul are more connected than we might realize 🐉🧚🙏✨

Ever since my spiritual awakening, i have a completely new relationship with bodywork 🧘‍♀️

I do bodywork every day - sometimes multiple times a day - to keep my energy clear and reset my nervous system, so i can be a clear vessel of inspiration and love 🏹✨

Some of my favorite bodywork rituals are:
Lymphatic drainage & detox rituals
Fascia release
Reflexology and acupressure
Foam rolling for spinal decompression
Primal yelling, hooting and hollering
Somatic therapy
Tai chi
Ecstatic dance
Intuitive movement
Sensual somatic flows
