I just wrapped up the New Moon Retreat at High Hope Ranch. We had star gazing and got to see the Milky Way 🌌, we had a sound bath 🪇, 2 yoga sessions 🧘, Zentangle art class ✍️ swimming 🏊, hiking 🥾, game night 🃏 and lots of great food! Now, time for a nap!

High Hope Ranch provided the perfect space, yet again, for an amazing Retreat weekend! Yoga, meditation, drum circle, swimming and hiking, art class, great food and amazing ladies! The land and beautiful homes provided amazing energy and the perfect container for the weekend!
