Capstone Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young men 18-28 and teenage boys 14-17 with a wide range of mental health struggles, compulsions, addictions, self destructive behaviors, and more. Our therapy staff all complete specialized training to become credentialed as CSAT (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist), EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitizati

on and Reprocessing), and CTT (Certified Trauma Therapist). We are licensed through Arkansas DBHS (http://humanservices.arkansas.gov/dbhs/Pages/dbhs_services.aspx), accredited through CARF (http://www.carf.org/providerProfile.aspx?cid=244538), and are members of NAATP (https://www.naatp.org/facility/capstone-treatment-center/). Over the years we have received countless testimonies from families as they close a meaningful chapter with their beloved Capstone pup. They play such a special role in the family journey. A life well-lived, Stud!

"Dear Stud,

On October 17th, 2014, you changed my life. At Capstone Treatment Center, you met me during one of the loneliest parts of my life. You showed me nothing but unconditional love and loyalty.

You taught me responsibility, care, and discipline. Caring for you, staying active with you, and sobering my life with you helped shape the person I am today. You showed me some of the true joys of life and were always a shoulder to cry on during the roughest times.

You were there for me in my worst moments, and you helped me grow into the man I am today. I will forever miss our walks, snuggles, countless games of fetch, praying for your food, vacuuming up your hair, sleeping next to you knowing you were watching my back, and having you ALWAYS by my side around the house no matter where I was.

Now, the house seems so quiet, the bed feels more empty, and coming home just doesn't feel as meaningful without you there.

Thank you for sharing so many joys of life with me and for giving my life so much meaning. Thank you for always being there for me. There will never be another dog like you. I never deserved you, but I am beyond thankful for the 12 years I was blessed to spend with you.
