A quick Move With Cait update! 2025 was a wild careening year. I’m looking forward to more rooting, grounding, and building in 2026 as we all commit to liberating activities for ourselves and our neighbors. I’m looking forward to deepening my relationships with current clients, welcoming new clients, and digging down into our collective compassion, curiosity, and care.
if one of these offerings looks interesting to you, please reach out! Follow the bio links or DM me to start a conversation!

Living in the USA is particularly painful right now. On my mat I am putting one foot in front of the other with care and purpose, so that I remember what it feels like to move with grace, dignity, and honesty as I move through the rest of my day in the wider, violent world.
If this kind of practice feels valuable to you, you are welcome to join me on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings in South Pas (details in bio). I also have lunchtime openings on Mondays and Tuesdays for organizations and businesses that want to invest in connection and care. If you are a nonprofit involved in emergency response that protects our community members, and you’d like to provide care for your staff, please reach out. I have pro bono time reserved to support those on the front lines defending our neighbors.

I make a lot of meditations about breathing. Mostly because when I breathe with other beings, whether they be people, plants, animals, or something else, I understand more about how we are all in this life together. When I breathe in places where the more than human world actually feels bigger than human, I know my place, and therefore feel more connected.

It took a while for breathing to feel this holy. Breathing doesn’t always feel natural. Breathing can sometimes feel forced or like an act of control, breathing can sometimes feel inaccessible, breathing can sometimes signal that something internally is offkilter.
If you don’t resonate with breathing the way I do in this moment that’s OK, I would love to hear what other mechanisms are useful for feeling connected, present, and alive, in your body and in this world.

I began teaching yoga in 2011(when this photo was taken). By that point I had already been practicing for six years. Like most things in life at 22, I didn’t know what my yoga path would look like, I just kept putting one foot in front of the other. Trying to move with intention, trying to find my edges, trying to listen trying to discover who I was supposed to be.

Some years I felt like a really good teacher, other years I felt like I had no idea what I was doing. Sometimes I did things really well, sometimes I messed up.

More than anything else, practicing Yoga has been a way to come home to myself. To remember what it feels like to actually feel, in ways that are truly and only mine.
