Please help us congratulate Jade Crable, our August Employee of the Month! 💚

Jade is the definition of a team player. Between managing Central Supply, helping with scheduling, and jumping onto the floor as a CNA when needed, she is constantly stepping up wherever she can help.

Even when she has a lot on her plate, Jade continues to show up with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others. She is always looking for ways to grow, asks questions, accepts feedback, and isn't afraid to ask for help when she needs it.

Her flexibility, work ethic, positivity, and dedication to our residents and team do not go unnoticed. We are incredibly lucky to have you at Tallgrass, Jade!
