Last night, a devastating fire at Geary Estates affected several families in our community. ❤️‍🩹 My heart goes out to everyone who was impacted and is now dealing with the loss of their belongings or being displaced from their home.

I will be collecting donations to help the families affected by the fire. I’m accepting clothing, shoes, toiletries, hygiene products, diapers, wipes, baby items, blankets, and other everyday essentials.

If you have anything you would like to donate, please message me for drop-off information. Anything helps, no matter how big or small. Even if you can’t donate, please share this post so we can reach more people.

Our community has always been stronger when we come together. Let’s show these families that they have people standing behind them during this difficult time. ❤️🙏🏽

Another beautiful Community Baby Shower in the books! 💕 Seeing so many moms, babies, and families come together.

From the donations, games, food, baby essentials, and all the love that filled the room, this day was truly special. 🥹🤍 I’m beyond thankful for every person, business, volunteer, and organization that helped make this possible.

Pure Beginnings is more than doula services—it’s about building a community where moms feel supported, seen, and cared for. 🤰🏽💕

My first business pitch 🥹💕✨

Standing up and speaking about Pure Beginnings and everything I’ve worked so hard to build was such a big moment for me. What started as a vision has grown into something that has allowed me to support so many moms and families in my community. 🤰🏽🍼

I was definitely nervous, but I did it! This was my FIRST business pitch, and I’m so proud of myself for stepping outside of my comfort zone and sharing my vision. 🙏🏽

This is only the beginning for Pure Beginnings. I’m excited to see where God takes me and this organization next. 💕🤍

✨ A little preview of our 2nd Baby Shower! 🍼💗

The kids were having so much fun, Mommy was having fun, and the food was AMAZING! 😋🎉 Most importantly, the room was filled with nothing but love, support, and community resources for our moms and families. 💕

We’re so grateful for everyone who came out, supported, donated, shared resources, and helped make this day so special. This is what community is all about! 🫶🏽✨

Just wanted to share this because every donation truly makes a difference. 💜 I’m beyond blessed to have been able to help over 300+ families in our community and support 86 moms through childbirth.

This is what community is all about. A mama reached out looking for purple can formula for her twin baby boys, and I immediately checked my formula stash. Thankfully, I had exactly what she needed and was able to help her and her sweet twins.

To everyone who has donated, volunteered, or supported Pure Beginnings, thank you. Your generosity is changing lives one family at a time. Every diaper, every can of formula, every outfit, and every donation matters. 🫶🏽

Bringing new life into the world takes strength, and our next entrepreneur is there every step of the way. 🤍

Meet Layleen Rosario, owner of Pure Beginnings Doula Services!

As a young entrepreneur, Layleen is passionate about walking alongside mothers and families with compassionate care, education, and support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Her impact extends beyond the delivery room. Through initiatives like her Community Baby Closet, Layleen provides diapers, wipes, clothing, and other essentials to help families feel supported long after baby arrives.

Through Commerce Uplift, Layleen plans to utilize the knowledge and resources gained throughout the program to strengthen and grow her business so she can continue making a lasting impact in our community.

We're honored to have Layleen in Cohort 3 and can't wait to see all the lives she'll continue to support along the way. 💛
