Good morning, everyone! Just a few reminders moving forward:

👐An adjustment is included in your initial exam, so there's no need to schedule a second appointment for an adjustment on the same day.

🙏Along those lines, if you're scheduling for you and your kiddo, please set up a separate profile for your child.

🧒Your kids are always welcome in the office even if they're not being adjusted (just please be mindful that my space is not completely child-proof).

⏰My appointments are scheduled on time, so there's no need to show up 15 minutes early.

😥At the same time, anyone who isn't at their appiontment within 10 minutes of the scheduled time will have to be rescheduled and charged a no-show fee ($20).

Thanks to all of you for being awesome! I'm so grateful for the opportunity to care for you and your families.🫶

✨ F A S C I A ✨

Fascia is web-like connective tissue that runs throughout the body providing support and facilitating movement. For comparison, it’s like that white membrane stuff you see inside an orange🍊

Do something for yourself this weekend. Do some fascia release. Use these fun (not really) tools* below to help. It may hurt in the moment but, I promise, it’s worth it. You’re basically giving yourself a nice deep tissue massage.

Good morning, y'all! I've had a few instances of no-shows the last couple of weeks and I wanted to take a minute to remind everyone of my policy for this.

A "no-show" means you schedule an appointment and then just never show up. If a conflict arises, please message me ASAP (I understand not all conflicts can be addressed immediately). I am very understanding of most situations, but simply not showing up is disrespectful of my time and other patients who could have scheduled during your appointment time. This is why I charge a deposit for new patient exams and why I also charge a no-show fee of $20.

First occurrences will usually get waived, but if this becomes a more common thing, I will be forced to charge on the first time.

I hope you all can understand and just know that I appreciate you all so much.
