As baby grows and prepares for birth, our bodies sometimes need a little extra balance and space. That’s where the Forward Leaning Inversion (FLI) comes in!

This gentle movement can:
🤰🏻Relieve tension in the ligaments and pelvis
🤰🏻Create space in the uterus for baby to settle
🤰🏻Encourage baby into an optimal position for birth
🤰🏻Ease those late pregnancy aches in the back and hips

Just a few breaths in this position can make a huge difference. ✨Of course always practice safely with support nearby and some guidance from your OB or Midwife. (love this big sister assisting her mom)😉💓
