growing up in jupiter, i spent a lot of time watching the tide come and go. i didn’t realize it then, but it was teaching me something about healing.
it isn’t linear. it ebbs and flows.
sometimes we feel strong, clear, and connected. sometimes we drift further from ourselves than we’d like. but just like the tide, we can always return.
that’s the heart of house of tides.
through acupuncture, east asian medicine, herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, nutritional support, and lifestyle guidance, my goal isn’t to chase symptoms. it’s to understand the patterns beneath them.
stress. anxiety. burnout. chronic pain. women’s health. hormone imbalances. fertility challenges. digestive concerns. sleep issues. grief.
different symptoms. often rooted in the same underlying story.
beneath many symptoms is a nervous system asking for safety. when it feels supported, everything else has room to follow.
healing isn't about becoming someone else. it's about returning to yourself.
the tide always returns.
