Waimaka Lehua Waimaka Lehua - A Lunar Alignment Products helping connect us with the cycles of mahina🌙✨ Planners & Journals | Cycle Syncing Tracker

I’ve been MIA for a while, quietly working on myself, my mala, and my 2027 Planners.

Burnt out is an understatement.

I often find myself going through the ebbs and flows of life like mahina, starting strong until I’m full and then retreating back into myself.

Using my planner has kept me grounded, helps me notice when I don’t log much and why, and how my body and energy rises and falls next to the phases of mahina.

ALL 2026 PLANNERS & JOURNALS ARE NOW 50% off UNTIL SOLD OUT!!

I’m trying to spend less time on social media and more time in creation flow so I can prepare for the 2027 product release.

Mahalo to everyone who has stuck around, supported me and deepens you’re own relationship with Mahina 🌗

For so many of us, we were never taught to listen to our bodies.

Through colonization, patriarchy, and systems of constant productivity, we’ve been conditioned to push through - no matter what phase we’re in, no matter what our bodies are asking for.

Much of our knowledge around menstruation and our cycles has been lost or distorted.
Something that allows us to create life is often treated as something to hide, ignore, or push past.

This practice is a return 🌙

Join me for my NEW Mana Wahine 29-Day Guided by Mahina, Rooted in Pilina practice.

This isn’t a course about the moon, it’s a daily practice to deepen our relationship with ourselves and with mahina.

Each day you’ll receive a short email with:
✨ a bit of ʻike
✨ a gentle practice (10 minutes or less)
✨ reflections to sit with as your day unfolds

This is a FREE offering starting May 17, 2026.

ĘťOle moons are often seen as a time of rest,
but within that rest comes clarity, revitalization, and renewal.

This morning I took a lāuhala weaving class with
and it felt like the perfect ĘťOlekĹŤkolu mahina practice - light, creative, and grounding.

For me, creating is something I rarely make space for unless I truly allow myself to slow down.

Rest doesn’t always come easy,
and I sometimes find myself filling that space
with other forms of productivity.

But creativity…
that’s a different kind of restoration.

It brings me back to myself.
The part that isn’t thinking about the future,
performing, or trying to meet expectations.

It’s where I drop into flow,
stay present,
and reconnect with what’s real.

ʻOlekūkolu reminds us that rest isn’t just stopping,
it’s returning.

Take a moment today to notice:
What brings you back into presence?
What helps you feel grounded, clear, and whole?

And if you’re in need of some creativity, absolutely check out ’s classes!!

Across the world, cultures lived by natural rhythms.
The moon, the tides, the seasons, the movement of life itself.
Kanaka Maoli, like many others, moved with Mahina - planting, fishing, resting, and living in alignment with these cycles.

Even in nature, we still see it.
Animals migrate, feed, and reproduce in rhythm with the moon.

But when timing systems are replaced,
we’re pulled out of that relationship. This is why colonization changed how indigenous and native people measured time, to remove us from our relationship with the natural world and into a system of exploitation.

We moved from rhythm → to rigidity.
From observation → to obligation.
From living cycles → to linear time.

These planners aren’t about abandoning the modern world.
They’re about remembering how to move within it differently.

To reconnect with:
your body
your energy
your patterns
the nature around and inside of you

To notice when to act,
when to rest,
and when to simply observe.

This is about returning to Mahina
and rebuilding relationship - slowly, intentionally, in a way that works for your life today.

If you’re feeling the pull to reconnect,
this is a place to begin.
