This session was so inspiring that it is sparking new career idea for me...

OK. Just kidding about the career change. But it was a really magical day. The chicken that I picked was not one that I would have imagined would have been good at therapy chickening. She was just the one that I could catch in the ten minutes that I had to get her from home to the office. But she rallied and did her part. And so did my friend! They were calm together, regulated together, and really took the time that they needed to get comfortable with each other. Connection, regulation, and relationship is everything! Cheers to therapy chickens.

So happy to share that Arcadia Center for OT has been in practice for 25 years this month. What an amazing journey this has been! I am so honored to have been able to serve clients past, present, and future. You are all such a gift to me and thank you for teaching me well. Cheers!!!

What a weekend! Thrilled to take a quick road trip (to Virginia…) to celebrate the release of The Guided Journal For Raising Kids With Big Baffling Behaviors and to volunteer for a parent training put on by Robyn Gobbel and Holly Timberline. It was adventurous, inspiring, and unforgettable. What a fun way connect with like minded professionals and to meet parents who are interested in learning about this model of treatment. Full of gratitude for the experience (and for the new book)💜💜💜

Who knew this was a thing?!? Cheers to Pancake Day (it's actually tomorrow), and for the record I would add some nuts, some nut butter, or some yogurt on top to increase the protein to keep me full for longer. Just an idea. Happy Friday!
