There’s a common misconception that therapy is only about the hardest, heaviest moments. And yes, I do sit with clients through deep trauma, intrusive thoughts, and seasons of depression that feel overwhelming.
But I also get to witness something just as powerful.
I get to celebrate the wins. The big ones like choosing a college, starting a new job, or getting engaged. And the quiet, meaningful ones like getting out of bed on a hard day, setting a boundary for the first time, challenging a negative thought.
Therapy holds space for both the pain and the progress. And it’s an honor to walk alongside my clients through all of it. 🤍
