Our mission is to transform individuals and communities. The Synergy Health Center (SHC) was founded in October 2002 by Valarie Cunningham, a licensed master social worker. It was her vision to strategically impact the mental health industry as a synergy center for the healing, transformation and stabilization of individuals and families through access to prevention and intervention services. GFMS

C is a 501C3 faith-based organization and a leader in having staff that mirror the community it serves. The Synergy Health Center has a diverse staff that empowers the community we serve. We provide services for children, adults, families, and couples, while connecting them with resources that will continue to enhance their quality of life. At GFM the Synergy Center, we are dedicated to bringing therapeutic relief to people who are in emotional, mental, and spiritual pain. SHC has ongoing partnerships with Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health (SWMBH) Department of Human Services (DHS), as well as many private insurance partners. Our licensed therapists provide one on one assistance and guidance in resolving personal, social, or psychological problems and difficulties. The focus is to EMPOWER YOU:
-Express feelings and identify patterns of thinking
-Alleviate anxiety, depression, and anger
-Gain perspective on behavior, emotions, and relationships
-Address grief, work through loss and add meaning to you
-Develop effective communication for dealing with conflict

We wish to welcome you to SHC's counseling and recovery center. We are confident you will receive excellent mental health and substance abuse care. Give us a review: https://g.page/r/Cd43bfNdYQM5EAg/review
