You know that massage appointment you scheduled right before you were going to run errands, clean the house, answer emails, tackle the laundry and generally conquer the world?

Yeah… about that. 😂

Sometimes the best massage does more than loosen tight muscles. It gets your nervous system quiet enough that suddenly your very ambitious afternoon starts sounding completely unreasonable.

Her extensive training includes Ashiatsu and barefoot massage, Thai-inspired bodywork, Sarga, cupping, myofascial techniques, stretching, and restorative therapies. Rather than following a prescribed routine, each session is shaped around the individual body and what it needs that day.

Today, Crystal continues to work directly with clients while leading Inspiring Hands and cultivating a practice centered on exceptional massage, thoughtful care, and lasting client relationships.
