Recapping the March event of diving into the shadow work [a practice of exploring the hidden, unacknowledged, or unhealed parts of ourselves]

Shadow work is not about fixing yourself, it's about meeting yourself with honesty, love and compassion. Your shadow isn't a monster, it's a messenger.
You're not healing to become perfect, you're healing to become whole.

To honor this first class we took part in a Blue Lotus Tea ceremony in community 🪷
Then moved into chatting about shadow work in our own lives, being able to be listened to in a safe space 👥
Ending with Yin Yoga and sound healing ✨

It was our deepest honor to host this and to hold space for each and every one of you

Recapping the 3rd and final event in this series and it was one for the books, truly.

So much love, connection, and shining bright energy in this last event and that's exactly what we wanted
❤️‍🔥
Started with talking about the energetic values of the astrology that day as well as the importance of the radiance in each and every one of you who came
Then we got to pick sun and funky colored glasses
⭐🌈
Leading us into a sacred Cacao Ceremony lead by Bec with lovely ingredients that match the theme
🫕 🍫
Each of us giving our light to a special candle, taking part in ceremony and connection...
And then we played 💃🏿🕺💃🏼🧑🏾‍🩰🪩 games and dance, singing out loud or internally,
We. Had. Fun.

This was truly a deep honor for both of us to honor, hold space for, and cultivate for you all

Journey Back To Self ✨ Inner Light 🕯️

Recapping the April event of opening yourself up to reflect, see, feel, and understand your own light ☀️

We reflected on the science of light-colored objects (they do not absorb the incoming light frequencies; instead, the molecules vibrate and re-emit/ reflect the light) 🪞
💛
To honor this light, we celebrated ourselves and each person who attended with a floral tea. A delightful mix of Jasmine, Green tea, Passion fruit, calendula, and lemon balm. Beautiful flavors that positively left us brighter🕯️
☀️
We then practiced a lovely Yoga breathwork to light up inside, guided alongside a mudra (hand gesture) to drink the nectar of life leaving us feeling even more fulfilled ✨

All this followed by a no movement practice of being still in co**se pose (savasana) while Ahnee gave hands on to deepen and Bec imbued each participant with reiki to deepen even more (all with prior consent of course)

Thank you for coming and recieving these strong and joyful guiding and practices we had to offer.

We usual, it was magical.
Thank you to all who came, you make these nights so warm, inviting, loving, and holding space for whatever we have to give. 🙏🏼🌑💙

Slow Yoga practices, deep breaths, mood lighting, homemade drink, and being creative with wax sealing intentions ✨
