If you didn't know, June is Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month.
Taking care of our brains is just as important as taking care of our bodies. Simple activities like staying active, engaging in conversation, solving puzzles, reading, and maintaining social connections can all help support cognitive health as we age.
This month, we also recognize the individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Together, we can raise awareness, encourage understanding, and support those navigating the journey.
