You’d think the hottest month would be the slowest for sauna, but July was a busy and incredible month for us.

We were fortunate to collaborate with amazing friends, businesses, and events. We are so inspired by each and every every one of these businesses and what they are creating.

A big thank you to Laurel Day | Do Something Co. for curating a beautiful evening retreat at the unique Riverfront Wedding & Event Venue | Michigan .

Thank you to Earthcraft Skillshare and Brenna Rae Pixley for creating an unforgettable weekend and gathering an amazing array of skills and crafts to remind us how we are meant to live. And being Juni’s first camping ⛺️experience. *special shout out to Corinne🪞White Pine Rising and blackrivermoon for being Juni’s favorite moment of the summer (still talks about it).

In May I met with Kara at The Origami House to brainstorm ways we can bring sound and sauna together.

I was instantly drawn to Kara’s grounded presence and how the space felt so full of possibilities. We held our first Sound + Sauna and were already discussing when we could do another event!

Sound and sauna complement one another because they influence different but connected systems in the body. Sound helps guide attention, regulate breathing patterns, and support a shift toward a calmer nervous system state. Sauna works through heat, increasing circulation and helping the body release tension. Together, they create conditions that make relaxation more accessible and often more profound than either practice alone.

Sound + Sauna is being held again Thursday 7/30 and right now there are only two spots left! You can sign up at the link in my bio and keep an eye out for another event in the fall.

So grateful for Meagan Casterline holding the sauna down while we were traveling for 2 weeks!

We were in Bali during the holidays of Galungan and Kunignan, that celebrate the triumph of good over evil. The Balinese people celebrate with their families by placing offerings around their homes and shrines every day for 10 days.

A new friend I met, Divine Golden Morning tour., explained to me that the offerings are meant as a “thank you” to the universe for the opportunity to wake up and live life in this world where there is so much beauty and love.

In all the hustle and bustle of life it’s easy to forget this. At home our lifestyle looks a lot different, but I think there’s an opportunity to bring the ritual and devotion in, no matter where you are.

For me, I realized that the sauna has been where I can slow down, be in my body, and feel all that I have to be grateful for.

Now that we’re back, we’ll be sharing more about what’s coming up this month with Juniper and Co. Sauna. 🙏🏼

Our first sauna session begins this Wednesday 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm.

Through the summer we will have open sauna sessions with cold plunge (+ hanging in the hammocks, walking in the lavender fields, drinks around the fire) every:

Wednesday and Friday: 6:30 pm & 7:30 pm
Saturdays: 9 am & 10 am
+ special events

When I first met with Kara, I really just wanted to hang in her space. She has an easy calming energy that has extended into to the walls of the Orgami house.

We decided to come together and bring the power and sensory experience of sauna and sound together. To activate, shake the cells of your body up a bit, and also release what you’ve been holding.

Join us to let go of what you’ve been carrying and activate new energy that summer is calling for.

And mostly, come hang with and get to know some cool people.

This Sunday you can choose to sauna and cold plunge before the sound immersion or after.

Sunday 5/31, choose to arrive at 12:30 pm or 2:00 pm. Link is in bio 🔥.
