To our Eureka community: It’s with heavy hearts we had to close the Eureka clinic on Aug 18th due to an unexpected internal change. Our communities are at the heart of every decision and unfortunately this change was sudden and unforeseen we were unable to accommodate resources needed to sustain.

Since 2023, it’s been an honor to care for the Eureka community. We are deeply grateful for your trust, kindness and the relationships we’ve shared over the years.

Many of our patients continue care at our other Columbia Falls and Kalispell clinics in person or online from familiar faces and experienced multidisciplinary team care. We are happy to continue to support your child’s needs at our Columbia Falls, Kalispell or through online telehealth locations.

Whitefish Community Foundation awarded a $100,000 Major Community Project Grant to support general development of the park, and the Kalispell Rotary Clubs donated $100,000 specifically for construction of the park’s inclusive playground.
