After weeks or months of icing, you’re finally realizing it’s not fixing your pain.

That’s because icing only treats a symptom, not the actual problem.

Inflammation isn’t the enemy. It’s your body’s natural response to micro-damage from training. When you ice it away, you’re not fixing anything. You’re just numbing the signal, and you might even be slowing down your body’s own healing process.

If you’re looking for updated and effective help on actually resolving elbow pain, comment “ELBOW” below and I’ll send you my free elbow pain guide.

“I just can’t figure out what caused my elbow to start hurting…”

This is one of the most common things I hear. And the truth is, it’s almost never one event.

Elbow pain builds from a bunch of small things stacking up over time. Poor shoulder engagement is a big one. When your shoulder blade and posterior deltoid aren’t doing their job, your forearm muscles pick up the slack. Add in desk work, bicep curls, and sports like golf, tennis, pickleball, or CrossFit without properly building up your tendon first, and you’ve got a recipe for overload.

Here’s the simple version: your elbow hurts when demand exceeds capacity. That’s it.

So resting until it feels better, or grabbing another brace or gadget, doesn’t fix the actual problem. The only way out is building your tendon’s capacity back above the demand you’re placing on it.

Grip strengthening for tennis elbow is rarely the fix. In fact, it’s often the trap.

Grip weakness isn’t usually why tennis elbow flares. The real issue is tendon capacity falling behind muscle demand. Grinding out grip work just makes the muscle stronger, which piles more load onto a tendon that already can’t keep up. Feeding the same compensation is what keeps you in the same pain loop.

Skip the outdated grip strengthening advice. Comment “ELBOW” for a real pain free solution to your tennis elbow.

Stuck with tennis elbow pain at the gym?

That’s because everything traditional healthcare gives you is generic and outdated. Built for someone whose hardest task is opening a jar, not someone loading a barbell.

Your tendon needs more strength and tolerance outside of “day-to-day function.” It needs specific attention that’s going to prep it for the type of high-level activities you do at the gym.

Ready to stop following outdated advice built for the wrong person… Comment “ELBOW” to get back to the gym without elbow pain for good💪

Share story was similar to so many others who suffer from chronic golfer’s elbow… trying everything for relief, only to have the pain keep coming back.

That’s because traditional approaches are often generic and focused on treating the symptoms rather than figuring out what’s actually causing the problem in the first place.

Once we figured out what was overloading her elbow, we were able to correct those limitations, properly load her tendon, and build it back up so she could eventually become pain-free with all of her activities.

If you’re ready to find a long-term solution for your golfer’s elbow pain, comment “ELBOW” below👇

A brace or strap is a temporary tool and can be helpful short-term if done strategically…. But here’s the problem…

Lean on it too long and it becomes a crutch. Your tendon never learns to handle load on its own, so it stays weak and intolerant to real activity.

The fix isn’t more support. It’s resolving what’s driving the pain, then rebuilding the tendon so it can handle the demand without a brace.

Elbow pain that sticks around for months isn’t a simple elbow problem.

It’s a system problem.

If you’ve tried rest, stretching, braces, peptides, shots, etc.… and you’re still stuck, it’s because none of that fixes the real issue.

Your elbow is often just the site of overload. The real cause is upstream: how your shoulder, scapula, and thoracic spine are (or aren’t) doing their job.

Fix the system. The elbow stops taking the hit. Then you can build the elbow up correctly.

Ready for a permanent fix instead of another quick one?

Traditional healthcare and academia don’t teach you this about elbow pain. That’s why so many people stay stuck for months.

They treat the pain, not the chain. Elbow tendons don’t need rest… they need progressive load, and the real problem usually starts in your shoulder, not your elbow.
