Sometimes, life changes in ways that are completely beyond our control.
For Lily and Huckleberry, the home they've always known is changing because of circumstances no family—or pet—should ever have to endure. These two beloved companions are searching for a safe, loving future. Through it all, they have done nothing wrong. They are simply innocent hearts caught in a difficult chapter.
💛 Lily is a 10-year-old Golden Retriever with a gentle soul. She's happiest taking short walks, riding in the car with her favorite person, swimming on a warm day, or quietly resting at her person's feet. Lily would thrive being with Huckleberry or in a calm, easygoing home where she can enjoy life's simple pleasures.
💛 Huckleberry is a 7-year-old Yellow Lab who still has plenty of adventure left to share. He loves hiking trails, visiting the dog park, and ending the day curled up for snuggles with his humans.
They've lived with three children, shared their home with a cat, and have always had each other. They are companions who have weathered life's ups and downs side by side, and our greatest wish is for them to find a home together, if possible.
These aren't dogs looking for a rescue—they're family members looking for a fresh start.
They have been cherished, cared for, and deeply loved their entire lives. Now they need someone willing to offer that same love, security, and commitment as they begin a new chapter.

Earthly Insights ✨

Through Kimberly’s compassionate communication, we continue gaining a deeper understanding of what our shelter animals need to feel safe, comfortable, and happy. With Earthly Insights—where our pets are thoughtfully read each month—we learn more about their personalities, preferences, and the little things that help them feel understood.

Dab is a spirited, independent boy with a big personality and a love for the outdoors. He feels most at home with space to explore and enjoys the companionship of larger animals like horses and cows. Dab thrives with structure, routine, and opportunities to stay active. He’s a confident guy who loves showing off his skills and would do best as the only dog, where he can form a strong bond with his person and continue building his confidence. Dab is looking for a home that embraces his adventurous spirit and provides the enrichment, patience, and connection he needs to thrive.

Amber is a sweet, special girl with a gentle heart and a playful spirit. She enjoys the simple joys in life—feeling grass beneath her paws, soaking up attention, playing fetch, and being celebrated for the wonderful dog she is. We’re so happy that Amber has found her forever home!

Through Earthly Insights, we were able to better understand Dab and Amber—helping us honor who they are, support their individual needs, and celebrate the unique personalities that make them so special. 🐾✨

This weekend I held a Reiki Master Class and it was filled with so much energy.

This round of students wished not to be shown, but get ready as these ladies keep practicing, their amazing gifts to help others heal on their journeys will shine!

I’m also very proud to have my oldest graduate of 77 years old complete the training and attunement. I’m so incredibly grateful she chose me for all 4 levels and at the ceremony, the entire lake filled with ancestors and animals welcoming her to this new level.

I am so grateful, honored to host these workshops to help others soar and blossom.
