Hey Fam! Looking for quick and easy meals to stay on track during this busy end of year & holiday season🤗

I also do a breakfast one with an egg and some Eggwhites…keeps it simple and don’t have to have a bunch of prepped food containers in the fridge, because let’s face it, we all got left overs for days 🤣

This is one round of many in the mix of other burnouts I did this morning💪🏽 Giving it everything I had and not stopping when it burned, but going those extra reps to rip through these muscle fibers. The amount of mental toughness and discipline one has to acquire to train this way is not easy, but I guarantee it will be worth it👊🏽

In honor of I wanted to share something my pastor shared last week that really hit home for me and I hope it helps put life into perspective for you too:

If I woke up tomorrow with ONLY the things I thanked God for today, would I be content?

Whew 😰 Stop 🛑 what you’re doing right now and ponder on that. Then strive to to start your day with a thankful and grateful heart each day!

Tomorrow is not promised, we are blessed every day that we wake up. It’s a gift.

Happy Thankful Thursday Friends! I just wanted to remind you all the importance of being intentional on starting your day with a thankful, grateful heart🤗

Health and wellness encompasses mind, body, and spirit! We often focus so much on the physical side of health and let our mental, emotional and spiritual beings lack in the process. This is why so many people throw in the towel or give up when things start getting tough.

I got a challenge for you…how about you start each morning listing at least 1-3 things you are thankful for. Don’t overthink it, it can be simply waking up that morning - because we all know, life is short and tomorrow is not promised🙏🏽

This morning I am thankful for this season of singleness I am in, I am thankful for the people Gods put in my life to help me through this time and I am thankful that I get to train with my fitbabes & this morning! We are going to “die” 💪🏽👊🏽🤣

Hey Loves!

If you have a teen or know someone with one😜 Here’s a free Bootcamp I’m running for teens 13-17 during the month of June in Kaneohe.

After hearing my sons’s best friends talk about their weight and how they are trying to be more healthy, it touched my heart and prompted me to want to do something.

I’m offering a free summer Bootcamp style program to teach basic fitness techniques, routines, and healthy lifestyle choices. I want to educate the next generation to live healthy and active lives.

Spaces are limited, teens must commit to all 9 classes and rsvp no later than May 28th (or until last spot is filled). Have them contact me directly - details on flier.

There is so much to be thankful for🥰

Today I am thankful for the beautiful mountains I get to see every single day!

The beauty right in my backyard 🙌🏽

I am so blessed to call Hawaii, home💝

SIMPLE SATURDAY

We all know how the weekends can be easily considered our “rest” or “cheat” days...but did you ever consider that the weekends are 28% of your year?

Are you going to continue to sleep (rest/cheat) on 28% of your potential progress?

It’s pretty simple, every day counts. Your body doesn’t know it’s the weekend. The grind shouldn’t stop just because it’s the weekend. Sure, enjoy a nice dinner out every now and then, but don’t allow your mindset to be stuck in the “weekends are my rest/cheat days” mentality.

Don’t let the weekend be your weak end💫

Keep showing up, your body will thank you💪🏽
