It's almost time! FREE community classes in the months of August and September at our West Ave. Studio!

If you haven't already reserved your spot to attend, consider doing so now by logging onto (or creating) your MindBody account and signing up for these FREE classes. Designed to showcase and help support recent graduates of Yoga Teacher Training, these classes will be a great way to show up for your SoFul community.

Each class/new teacher will be supported by one of SoFul's veteran teachers.

We've got a good thing going on at SoFul Studios. Warm, welcoming spaces. Kind, supportive community. Talented, experienced teachers. Once you cross the threshold of either one of our spaces, you KNOW: you have ARRIVED. 💫

If you've yet to make it to SoFul Railwalk in Salisbury (our OG location) or SoFul West Ave. in Kannapolis, now's the time. Our first-time drop is only $10. Our two-week, new-student special is only $35 and allows you unlimited access to our regularly-scheduled classes for a two-week period.

We're excited to be a part of the Bend It at the Ball Park event presented by Atrium Health at the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers Stadium. The ball field will become a comfortable place to breathe and move together in support of a great cause!

Join us on July 23 at 7 pm for a 45-minute, all-levels flow led by SoFul Studio's Sandy R***r and assisted by many of our SoFul Railwalk and West Ave teachers. Check-in begins around 6:15. Registration is $10 and participants will each receive their own yoga mat.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to Levine Children's Hospital so consider joining us in supporting Atrium Health and the Cannon Ballers special event.

Beautiful souls! It was so much fun meeting so many of you at the the Kannapolis Girls Who Walk Summer Vendor Market. We were honored to be selected as one of more than 70 women-owned and women-led businesses featured at such an inspiring event. 💕

There is something incredibly powerful about women coming together to support one another, build community, and pursue their passions. We loved meeting so many amazing women throughout the evening and are grateful that you took the time to connect with us.
