💡 Surviving the First 6 Weeks After Baby 💡

They call it the “4th trimester” for a reason! Those first 6 weeks can be a very wild ride. Your body is healing, your baby is learning how to live outside the womb, and your sleep schedule is… well… what sleep schedule? 😅

Here’s the thing: you’re not supposed to do it all alone.
That’s where I come in.

As a postpartum doula, I can help you:

✨ Get actual rest while I care for baby (overnight or during the day)
✨ Keep up with the little things like laundry, dishes, and meals
✨ Troubleshoot feeding challenges (breast/chest, bottle, or combo)
✨ Offer emotional support and reassurance when things feel overwhelming
✨ Share tips and tricks to make life with a newborn a little easier

The first 6 weeks aren’t supposed to be about “bouncing back”. They are about recovering, bonding, and finding your new rhythm.

This Doula Page Isn’t Going to Be Perfect but Honestly, Neither Is Parenting
