I'm a PLPC in Missouri with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UMKC, and I specialize in helping children and teens feel heard, build confidence, and find their footing.

I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, identity, and relationships, with a particular passion for LGBTQ+ youth and play-based work with children. I draw from CBT, DBT-informed skills, strengths-based interventions, and creative play-based techniques - meeting every client exactly where they are and building from there.

If you only let yourself rest after everything is done, you may never really get the chance. There will almost always be another email to answer, another chore to finish, or another task waiting for your attention. Rest isn't something you have to earn by pushing yourself to the limit. It's part of taking care of yourself so you can keep showing up for the people and things that matter. If guilt shows up the moment you slow down, you're not the only one-and it's something you can explore with support if it's getting in the way of everyday life.
