TODAY’S CLIENT SPOTLIGHT IS MARITA!!!!

Marita came to us back in February 2024 as a referral from one of our amazing clients. Marita is always a joy to work with and keeps it fun-even when she lets her potty mouth slip 😂😂

One of her main goals has been to get stronger as she ages and let me tell you, she has been crushing it!!!! 💪🏼💪🏼

This week we were able to set a new PR (personal record) on Leg Press. She hit TRIPLE DIGITS!!!!! 100 pounds!!!!! 👏🏼👏🏼

Keep up the great work Marita and excited to see what else we can accomplish!!

Time for today’s Recipe of the Day! This is one of my personal favorites! 😋😋

As listed in the recipe, if you want to add extra protein to this without adding extra fats and carbs, egg whites is a great option!

Save this post for the days you need a great strength workout that you can do in the gym or even at home 💪🏼💪🏼

1️⃣ Start with 1 minute x Thoracic Rotations
2️⃣ And then 1 minute x WGS

Then complete 3 x superset's of;

1️⃣ 12 x Dumbbell Row
2️⃣ 12 x Floor Press

Then your going to do 3 x sets of;

1️⃣ 12 x Shoulder Press
2️⃣ 12 x Squats
3️⃣ 12 X Lunges

And lastly, 3 x sets of;

1️⃣ 12 x Bicep Curls
2️⃣ 12 x Skull-crushers
