Do you find yourself stuck in one of these (or a few) of these actions? Maybe you feel lazy, defeated. Like a waste of space. You look at friends who are able to do “normal activities” and wonder, what’s wrong with me?? Why can’t I just do this basic s**t??
You are stuck in the freeze response. Your body has learned that the safest way to be is not moving at all.
