Congratulations to Crystal Captain, DNP on being named to Ingram’s 40 Under Forty!

As associate chief operating officer at University Health, Crystal oversees ambulatory operations and services, specifically , oncology, pulmonology, diabetes, nephrology and endocrinology specialties.

More than 15 years ago, Crystal began her career at University Health as an entry-level floor nurse. Her focus has always been improving the experiences of patients and families.

Her hard work and determination have helped expand specialty services, improve patient satisfaction, and ensure more equitable access to care.

Crystal is grateful for the support she receives from her husband, Monte’, and their three sons as she balances a successful career with a happy home life.
