When her patient’s safety was at risk, Lisa went above and beyond. After learning her patient had been discharged from the hospital but had not returned home, Lisa immediately stepped in to help, staying in close communication with FreedomCare, assisting with the search, and making sure her patient returned home safely.

Her compassion, persistence, and dedication are a powerful reminder of the heart behind caregiving.
