We are happy to share Bernice’s inspiring success story! 🌟

After being hospitalized with kidney failure, Bernice arrived at Rehab of Kansas City South needing assistance with mobility, transfers, and personal care.

Through determination, hard work, and the support of her therapy team, Bernice made wonderful progress:

💙 Self-Care: 4.0 to 5.3
💙 Mobility: 1.9 to 3.6

Today, we are proud to celebrate Bernice’s successful return home!

At Kansas City South, we know that taking great care of our residents starts with taking care of our incredible staff!

To show our appreciation, our team enjoyed a refreshing visit from a local ice cream and snow cone truck, giving everyone the chance to cool off, relax, and enjoy a well-deserved treat together.
