Looking too high or too low on your screen forces your neck into an unnatural position, and small changes in your head angle can push your eyes outside the optimal viewing zone of your lenses. This disrupts focus, increases fatigue, and reduces visual comfort during prolonged work.

Solution: 1) Set up your monitor directly in front of you, with the top of the screen at or slightly below eye level.
2) Pair this with proper lighting and frequent breaks to minimize strain. AND/OR
3) Stop by our optical for some new computer progressive lenses!
