* Monday (Labor Day): Closed

* Tuesday, 9/8: Open 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

📢 Important Update Regarding COVID-19 Vaccines for Our Patients 📢

To ensure we have enough doses for everyone who needs one, our practice will be ordering a limited supply of COVID-19 vaccines based strictly on pre-orders.

If you would like your child to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at our office, you must notify us by Friday, August 7, 2026.

To reserve a dose for your child:

Please note: Doses will only be ordered for families who opt in by August 7. We will not be able to offer the vaccine to patients who do not sign up by the deadline.

We understand life happens, but to ensure all patients receive the dedicated time they deserve during our busiest season, we must strictly enforce our timing policies:

⏰ Late Arrivals: Arriving 15+ minutes late (including paperwork time) will require rescheduling.

⏰Cancellations: Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations outside the 24-hour period will result in a $40 fee.
