July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month đź’š
Established in 2008, this month recognizes the unique challenges many minority communities face when it comes to accessing mental health care and resources.
At Alcanza, we believe mental health care should be accessible, inclusive, and compassionate for everyone. This month, and every month, we’re committed to helping break down stigma, sharing resources, and supporting emotional well-being across the communities we serve. Because mental health matters, for all.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month đź’š
Mental health is an essential part of overall well‑being— it's just as important as physical health. May is a reminder to continue fostering open conversations, showing compassion and empathy, and supporting one another and yourself to take care of mental health. Together, we can build stronger, healthier communities where mental health is prioritized and no one feels alone.

During National Public Health Week, we recognize the incredible public health professionals, researchers, clinicians, nurses, coordinators, and community partners who work every day to improve health and strengthen communities. 🩺
At Alcanza, we’re proud to stand alongside these health workers—helping expand access to clinical research, advance medicine, and ensure diverse communities are represented in research.
Because better health doesn’t happen by chance. It happens when people come together with purpose. 💊
